What if creating a different life begins with becoming someone different?
A three-part, live online experience exploring identity, intentional action, and the art of receiving.
What if we've been doing this backward?
We tend to approach change from the outside in.
We decide what we want to HAVE, figure out what we need to DO to get it, and hope that somewhere along the way we'll become the person who can sustain it.
But what if we started with BE?
What if, before making another resolution or writing another to-do list, we got curious about who we believe ourselves to be?
Because the way we see ourselves influences the choices we make, the possibilities we consider, and even what we're willing to receive.
That's what we're going to explore together.
Not by pretending to be someone we're not.
Not by forcing ourselves into a shiny new personality.
But by questioning what we've accepted as true, discovering what genuinely matters to us, and consciously choosing who we want to become.
Three Saturdays. Three explorations. One fascinating question: What's possible?
BE: Who are you becoming?
We'll explore the identities you've inherited, the stories you've collected, and the labels you've mistaken for facts.
Then we'll ask some new questions.
Who are you when you set those stories aside? What qualities do you want to embody? Who do you consciously choose to become?
DO: How will you choose to act?
Once we begin to see ourselves differently, we can start making different choices.
We'll explore habits, decisions, and meaningful action through the lens of the identity we're choosing.
And we'll make room for the parts of us that might be hesitant, afraid, or resistant to change.
HAVE: Are you willing to receive?
This is where things get especially interesting.
Sometimes we say we want something, but when the possibility of actually having it appears, something inside us gets uncomfortable.
We'll explore our relationship with receiving, the beliefs that may limit what we allow ourselves to experience, and what it might mean to become more open to goodness in our lives.
This might be for you if...
• You're tired of trying to change your life through willpower alone.
• You're curious about the stories you've been telling yourself.
• You want to make choices that feel more aligned with who you really are.
• You suspect there's more possible for you than you've allowed yourself to imagine.
• You're willing to approach yourself with curiosity, compassion, and maybe a little humor.
You don't need to have it all figured out.
You just need to be willing to explore.
Come explore with me!

A little about me
I'm Rev. Dr. Thaeda Franz, a Licensed Professional Counselor, interfaith minister, spiritual counselor, and lifelong student of what it means to be human.
For years, I've helped people explore the beliefs, fears, and protective patterns that influence how they experience themselves and their lives.
One of the things I love most about this work is watching what happens when someone begins to question a story they've believed about themselves for decades.
Suddenly, there's room for another possibility.
BE • DO • HAVE brings together my love of teaching, parts work, spirituality, and the extraordinary capacity we have to grow and change.
I'd love to explore it with you.
What if you gave yourself permission to become?
You don't have to know exactly who you're becoming.
You don't have to have a perfect plan.
And you certainly don't have to become a completely different human being by next Tuesday.
But you can get curious.
You can question the stories.
You can choose what comes next.
Let's see what's possible.
